President

Emily Zimmerman || Psychology 2025

Howdy! My name is Emily Zimmerman and I’m a Senior from Fort Hood, TX. I’ first joined Crew during my freshman year of high school, and this is going on my fourth year on TAMU Crew. My favorite part about rowing is that it is the ultimate team sport and I truly love being a part of the team here at A&M! Outside of crew, I love to spend time with my friends, family, and my dog.

vice President

Jonas Pearson || Mechanical Engineering 2026

Howdy! My name is Jonas Pearson and I am a third year Mechanical Engineering student from Dallas, TX. I joined TAMU Crew in Spring 2023 and have loved it since. My favorite part of being on the team was coming in with no experience and getting to learn everything firsthand. I came to love the sport and learned to push my teammates to do their best. Outside of Crew, I enjoy lifting and playing video games.

My favorite part of TAMU Crew is going to daily practices and exercising everyday with friends. I also love going to regattas and meeting other rowers from different schools. Outside of rowing I enjoy listening to music, going out to dance, and cooking. I’m an Allied Health major and I hope to become a Physician Assistant one day!

Secretary

Camille Davis || Biology 2026

Howdy! My name is Camille Davis and I am this year’s crew secretary. I am from the dry desert of El Paso, TX so coming here was my first experience with rowing. I have grown to enjoy the sport and the people very much. will be my 5th semester on crew and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I’m excited to expand my leadership skills and meet new people through this wonderful club! Other than secretarying and rowing I work at the Writing Center on campus and I am also on the club swim team.

Peyton Westbo || ESET 2026

Howdy! My name is Peyton Westbo, and I’m a third-year student from Cheyenne, Wyoming. I joined the Crew team in January 2023. These last two semesters on Crew have been incredibly rewarding! One of my favorite parts of TAMU Crew is the sense of camaraderie both on and off the water. I love traveling with friends and cooking new recipes.

head coach

Paul Bagley || Construction Science 2026

Howdy! My name is Paul Bagley. I am from Dallas, Texas and I rowed in High school for White Rock Rowing. I have the distinct honor of getting to be the head coach of TAMU Crew. I am a Construction Science Major class of 2026. Outside of rowing I love to spend time biking, being in nature, and spending time with friends.

Assistant coach

Sarah McQuaid || M.S. Materials Science and Engineering 2025

Howdy! I’m Coach McQuaid, currently in my second year of my M.S. degree in the Materials Science and Engineering department. I grew up in southern California, but have been in Texas for 10 years now. I joined TAMU Crew as a freshman with no prior rowing experience in 2018 and competed with the team until 2022. My time as a rower built a strong community around me and gave me the opportunity to learn to be a better leader and a stronger person. I returned as a coach because I missed our team’s community. This season, I want to leverage that community to strengthen our competitive side. Outside of my research and Crew, you can find me coaching at Row House or at home with a book and my cat!
